Open Educational Resources on Action-Oriented Approach For Foreign Language Education

บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of this research were to design, develop and evaluate the online scripts and storyboards for “Open Educational Resources on Action-Oriented Approach for Foreign Language Education”. The sample that were purposively selected were (1) 7 content experts from public and private universities and school with English Program for the script evaluation; and (2) 3 technology experts for the evaluation of storyboards from public university, public organization and private company. The research instruments were the questionnaires, the online scripts and the online storyboards. The data were analyzed through percentage, descriptive analysis and narration. The research findings revealed that 1) the online scripts for the OER on Action-Oriented Approach, using Free Blog Builder Service, comprise 4 main topics of content: Concepts and Theories, Techniques and Examples, OER Hot Links, French Resources. They are located at: http://oer-mef.blogspot.com/p/by-akraya.html. 2) most content experts agreed with the level of language, the utility and the utilization of the offered resources at 96.27 %. There were some uncertainties at 3.73 % on the difficulty of some language use and the benefits for parents and general users. 3) the online storyboards of the OER website were designed and created, using the existing OER site as a model and Free Web Builder Service. They were located at: http://rosechong. wix.com/oer-foreignlang#!action-oriented/u7kfw.        4) most technology experts agreed with the design of the online storyboard for the OER website at 72.72%. There are few uncertainties and disagreements for some parts of content respectively at 22.72% and 4.54 %. The reason was based mainly on the incomplete development of content. Following the experts’ suggestions, the particular attention must be paid to the selection of creative commons licenses and to the appropriate uses of font styles and font sizes.

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบ พัฒนา และประเมินสคริปต์เนื้อหา และสตอรี่บอร์ดแบบออนไลน์สำหรับ“คลังทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบเปิดเพื่อการศึกษาภาษาต่างประเทศด้าน Action-Oriented Approach” กลุ่มตัวอย่างของงานวิจัย ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ (1) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเนื้อหา จำนวน 7 คน เพื่อการประเมินสคริปต์เนื้อหา จากมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐและเอกชน และ โรงเรียนที่เปิดสอนโปรแกรมสองภาษาในสังกัดรัฐบาล (English Program) และ (2) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 3 คน เพื่อการประเมินสตรอรี่บอร์ด จากมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ หน่วยงานภาครัฐและบริษัทเอกชน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและสคริปต์เนื้อหาและสตอรี่บอร์ดแบบออนไลน์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนาและ การเขียนเชิงบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สคริปต์เนื้อหาแบบออนไลน์ ด้าน Action–Oriented Approach ที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาด้วยบริการฟรีเพื่อสร้างบล็อกประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 4 หัวข้อหลัก คือ Concepts and Theories, Techniques and Examples, OER Hot Links และ French Resources ที่อยู่บนเว็บ คือ http://oer-mef.blogspot.com/p/by-akraya.html 2) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเนื้อหาส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 96.27 เห็นด้วยกับระดับภาษา ประโยชน์ และการนำไปใช้ โดยมีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวนหนึ่ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 3.73 ไม่แน่ใจกับระดับความยากง่ายของภาษาที่ใช้ และ ประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ปกครองและบุคคลทั่วไป 3) สตอรี่บอร์ดแบบออนไลน์สำหรับเว็บไซต์คลังทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบเปิดฯ ที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาตามเว็บต้นแบบด้วยบริการฟรีเพื่อสร้างเว็บ มีที่อยู่บนเว็บที่ http://rosechong.wix.com/oer-foreignlang#!action-oriented/u7kfw. 4) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเทคโนโลยีส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 72.72 เห็นด้วยกับการออกแบบสตอรี่บอร์ดสำหรับเว็บไซต์คลังทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบเปิด ฯ มีผู้ทรง คุณวุฒิจำนวนหนึ่งที่ไม่แน่ใจและไม่เห็นด้วยกับการออกแบบสตอรี่บอร์ดบางส่วน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 22.72 และ 4.54 ตามลำดับ เนื่องจากเห็นว่าการพัฒนาเนื้อหาแหล่งทรัพยากรยังไม่สมบูรณ์  และได้เสนอแนะว่าควรให้ความสำคัญกับการเลือกกำหนดสิทธิ์ แบบ Creative Commons  สำหรับเนื้อหาจากแหล่งทรัพยากรต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้อง และควรใช้รูปแบบตัวอักษร และขนาดอักษรที่เหมาะสม
