A research article typically encompasses various elements that reflect the research process, including the introduction, objectives, literature review, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion. Additionally, it includes complete citations and a list of references. It may be presented by dividing according to the above-mentioned topics or summarizing the research process to be concise and brief for publication in academic journals.

Submissions
Manuscripts that are submitted for publication must undergo a review process by the editorial board and experts in the relevant fields (Peer review), with the following steps.
1) Authors must format the manuscript according to the guidelines set by the journal as shown in “Manuscript Preparation”.
2) Authors are required to register on ThaiJO and submit the manuscript through the online system provided by the Journal of Information and Learning (JIL), ensuring to provide complete contact details of the corresponding author.
3) All manuscripts received first undergo a careful in-house screening, which includes checking the consistency of the manuscript with the journal's objectives and scope, verifying duplicate publications and plagiarism using the iThenticate and CopyCatch programs, ensuring the accuracy of the original article according to the journal's specified format, and assessing its quality and academic merit.
4) If the manuscript passes the initial review, the editorial board will proceed to send the manuscript for peer review to qualified reviewers to assess its quality.
5) Once the peer reviewers have completed the quality assessment of the manuscript, the editorial board will consider the review results based on the recommendations of the reviewers regarding whether it should be accepted for publication, revised before publication, or rejected for publication. The reviewers' assessments and the decision of the editorial board are final.
6) For manuscripts that have been accepted for publication, authors are required to pay the publication fee according to the rate specified by the journal. The editorial board will notify authors of the payment details after the review process is completed.
