Aims and Scope
Journal of Information and Learning [JIL] is a scholarly journal that addresses the following themes: library and information sciences, information management and knowledge management, information technology and information system, library and information center management, instructional systems design, educational technology, instructional media and innovations, learning environment and resource administration, and other related fields.
Peer Review Process
Journal of Information and Learning operates under a double-blind peer review policy, where the identity of both the peer reviewer and the author are kept anonymous from each other. Any manuscript submitted for publication must be reviewed and approved by at least three peer reviewers in the particular field or related fields, without any knowledge of the author's identity, and the Editorial Board.

Publication Fee (APC)
The journal charges a publication fee ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 THB, which is payable after the article has been officially accepted for publication. Payment details will be provided by the editorial team upon acceptance. Authors are required to complete the payment before the article can proceed to the typesetting and publication stages.

The authors hold the copyright for the works they have created, and the Office of Academic Resources also retains a copyright. Journal History
Journal of Information and Learning underwent quality assessments for inclusion in the Thai Citation Index (TCI) database during the third round (2015 - 2019) and fourth round (2020 - 2024). In the third round, it was certified to meet the quality standards of TCI Tier 1, and in the fourth round, it was certified to meet the quality standards of TCI Tier 2. These assessments have led to the improvement and development of the journal's operations, resulting in a higher standard of quality. The journal changed its name to "Journal of Information and Learning" starting from Volume 31, Issue 2. In 2021, the journal underwent quality assessment for inclusion in the TCI database in the fourth round (2021 - 2024) for the second time, and was once again certified to meet the quality standards of TCI Tier 1. In 2025, the journal has undergone a quality assessment for inclusion in the TCI database for the fifth round (2025 - 2029) and has been certified to meet the quality standards of TCI Tier 1.
Journal of Information and Learning aims to disseminate academic works focusing on library and information science, information management and knowledge management, information technology and information system, library and information center management, instructional systems design, educational technology, instructional media and innovations, learning environment and resource administration, and other related fields. The journal is published by the Office of Academic Resources, Prince of Songkla University. It has undergone continuous development and improvement in its processes and format to keep up with the changing times under the guidance of the editor-in-chief during each time period:
