บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับความสามารถในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความสามารถในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู และ 4) ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความสามารถในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หัวหน้าฝ่ายบริหารงานวิชาการและครูที่กำลังพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 1 จำนวน 372 คน งานวิจัยนี้ใช้โรงเรียนเป็นหน่วยสุ่มโดยใช้วิธีการคำนวณจากสูตร Yamane ได้ 109 โรง จากโรงเรียนทั้งหมด 148 โรง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับโดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.986 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.38, SD = .478) 2) ระดับความสามารถในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.20, SD = .478) 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (rX,Y = .626) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความสามารถในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู มีตัวแปรพยากรณ์เพียงสองตัว คือ ความยืดหยุ่นในการปรับตัว เป็นตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ดีที่สุด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 รองลงมาคือ วิสัยทัศน์นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง สามารถพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
