บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์และประเมินรูปแบบการเรียนรู้แบบห้องเรียนกลับด้านตามแผนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะโดยใช้บทเรียนอีเลิร์นนิงร่วมกับเทคนิคเพื่อนคู่คิดสำหรับนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเลย 2) พัฒนาบทเรียนอีเลิร์นนิงตามแผนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะที่มีคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้น วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ สังเคราะห์และประเมินรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ พัฒนาบทเรียนอีเลิร์นนิงตามแผนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะ ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเลย จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ บทเรียนอีเลิร์นนิงตามแผนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะ แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติการ และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที (t-test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) บทเรียนอีเลิร์นนิงที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 86.33/87.08 3) ผลฝึกทักษะปฏิบัติการ หลังจากเรียนด้วยรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยรวมมีค่าร้อยละ 88.67 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ คือ ร้อยละ 80 และ 4) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนหลังเรียนที่เรียนด้วยรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
