The characteristics of International Relations Officer, Standpoint under the Model of Thailand 4.0 Tasks in the Challenges Changing

Abstract

“Internal Strengthen” must start from the development of the staff’s capacity or Growth for People, to develop the country and adaptable for several of changes in the future.                 Due to my position as an International Relations officer who directly involved with International Affairs of the university where graduates are produced, it would be great if there are clear standpoints of International Relations officer, being aware of the important role of international relations in creating innovative tasks in the changing world. This is to prepare higher education institutions to move forward through the policy of Thailand 4.0.“Stability, Prosperity, Sustainability”. With this reason, I think that the characteristics of International Relations officer under the model of Thailand 4.0 are very important to strengthen themselves and the organization. It is not only to adapt themselves to the changes but it also brings new opportunities and new challenges that will keep the organization more creative under Thailand 4.0 model.
