Abstract
The purposes of this research and development were: to analyze the situation conflict.to develop a new conflict model and to the effectiveness of Nursing Personnel in Phayamengrai Hospital,Chiang Rai ProvinceThe sample was twelve persons.They were selected by purposive sampling technique. who were head nurses, deputy chief nurses, the head of family practice, and the head of pharmacy Research tools were used as follows: 1) semi structured interview for exploring conflict situations of nursing personnel in focus groups, 2) a conflict management model, 3) questionnaires for evaluating the satisfaction of a conflict management model which was developed by the researcher Data were analyzed by content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. . Conflict management model of nursing Personnel was Somchat Toraksa (2548)The result of this research were as follows Nursing Personnel conflict were eight issues. Ineffective communication, Practices that are not in the same direction.Criteria considered a feat that is not clear. The selected individual duty is not clear.The unity of the nursing team. Poor staff relations. Uncertainty in the operation to rotate to another. Inequality of workload assignments. Other problems.
