Strategic Planning For Operation Development of Disaster Prevention And Mitigation Center 8, Kamphaeng Phet.

Abstract

The  purposes  of  this  research  were  1)  to  study  the  states  the  problems  and  the  needs  of  the  operation  of  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center                2)  to  study  the  states  the  problems  and  the  needs  of  customers  for  the  operation  of  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center  3)  to  set  strategic  planning  for  operation  development  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center.  The  sample  consisted  of  72  officers  in  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center, consisted  of  95  officers  in  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center  and  306  youths  who  were  served  by  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center. The  research  instrument  was  a  questionnaire and workshop. The  data  was  analyzed  by  using  mean  and  standard  deviation.

            The  research  findings  were  as  follows :

1. The states  the  problems  and  the  needs  of  the  operation  of  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center  were  as  follows:
   • There were  5  aspects  of  the  states  of  the  operation  of  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center  which  consisted  of  strategy  and  management  aspect, prevention  and  performance  aspect  rescue  resource  supporting  aspect, training  aspect  and  general  administration 

The  problems  of  5  aspects  of  strategy  and  management  aspect  prevention  and  performance  aspect, rescue  resource  supporting  aspect, training  aspect  and  general  administration  aspect  were  at  low  level.

The  needs  of  4  aspects  of  strategy  and  management  aspect, prevention  and  performance  aspect, training  aspect  and  general  administration  aspect  were  at  a  moderate  level, whereas  supporting  of  rescue  resource  aspect  was  at  a  high  level.

Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center  were  as  follows:

The  problems  of  5  aspects  of  the  customers  for  the  operation  of  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center  were  at  a  low  level.

The  needs  of  5  aspect  of  the  customers  for  the  operation  of  Kamphaeng  Phet  the  Eighth  zone  of  disaster  prevention  and  mitigation  center  were  at  a  moderate  level.

The  strategic  planning  consisted  of  visions, missions, goals  strategies  and  projects.
