Abstract

This research aims to developed The Model of basic education system management to enhance the quality of education of  Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 to World Class Standard School. Research using quantitative and qualitative research. Analyze data from World Class Standard School and Internal and External Quality Assurance and The self-assessment report (SAR). Provides an analysis of The Model of basic education system management to enhance the quality of education of  Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 to World Class Standard School.

          The research found that The Model of basic education system management to enhance the quality of education of  Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 to World Class Standard School. There are 3 aspects: curriculum  instruction and  quality management system. Each aspects consists of four systems, namely, the Curriculum System, the Learning Management System, The Learning environment System and Management System. Each system has three components: Management principles, Management process And the roles of those stakeholder. Applying the model to a school must evaluate the state of the school using the MEDFAI Model to select the model that best suits the school status. .Accuracy and suitability of the principles. Can be used to benefit the school to raise the quality of education to World Class Standard School.
