Abstract

This research has the following objectives : (1) to develop of Infographic picture books with augmented reality technology to enhance understanding of the personal data protection act (PDPA) and (2) to find out an efficiency of Infographic picture books with augmented reality technology to enhance understanding of the personal data protection act to achieve the efficiency criteria of 80/80. The sample of this research was Undergraduate students enrolled in the course ED 381 Media and technology for education for learning , Semester 1, academic year 2024, at .The research model is experimental research. The sample group used a simple random sampling method 1 classroom totaling 25 people. The research materials consisted of the following (1) the developed of Infographic picture books with augmented reality technology ; (2) The Infographic picture books with augmented reality technology assessment form ; (3) Knowledge Assessment Test on the Personal Data Protection Act, consisting of 30 questions. Data were analyzed using statistics were the mean, standard deviation and Independent t-test. The research results found After the experimental learning using an infographic picture book combined with augmented reality technology, the sample group had an average score of knowledge and understanding (24.92), which was significantly higher than before the experiment (20.88) at the .05 significance level. and (2) The Infographic picture books with augmented reality technology to enhance understanding of the personal data protection act (PDPA) has an excellent quality, with an average score of 4.67 and achieved an efficiency value (E1/E2) of 81.92/82.94, which meets the specified standard of 80/80.
