Abstract

This academic article aims to show outline of international relations work at the Faculty of Science. Chiang Mai University, roles and duties under change and “sCi” core value. International relations work is related to foreign missions, IRO (International Relations Officers) has the image as like a diplomat who coordinate cooperation with domestic and international agencies by apply an information technology to increase work efficiency according to the policies and missions of the Faculty of Science. IRO knows his/her roles and responsibility with goals and principles with an attitude to integrate work with the big picture of university through a holistic approach to deliver the value of international relations work to serve stakeholder of the university. IRO’s priority is including self–development of international relations officer’s performance to be able to raise their work efficiency in a good standard. It is also important to highlight that IRO’s career path also one of the aspects that and to be considered in order to become a model staff of the university.
