The Needs of School Culture in Small Primary Schools in Phatthanapong School Cluster under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The research aimed to 1) examine the actual condition of the school culture 2) examine the expected condition of the school culture, and 3) examine the needs of school culture in small primary schools in Phatthapong School Cluster under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Data were collected using a questionnaire using the population of teachers from 10 schools, a total of 43 people. There were 3 experts interviewed. Research tools are questionnaires and interviews, data analysis by finding percentage (Percentage), population mean (µ), standard deviation of the population, (σ) essential needs index. (PNImodified), and content analysis.
The results of the research found that 1) the actual condition of the school culture as a whole was at a high level. The highest aspect is the feeling of belonging to the educational institution. 2) the expected state of the school culture as a whole is at its highest level. The highest aspect is the feeling of belonging to the educational institution, and 3) The index values for school cultural needs are in the highest order as follows: the goals of the educational institution and the trust and confidence aspect The generosity aspect is the least necessary.
