Development of a Supervision Model for Developing the Quality of Educational Institutions Using the Professional Learning Community Network of the Southern Secondary Education Area Office

Abstract
This article presents information on supervision for improving the quality of educational institutions using professional learning community networks. Supervision is one of the important mechanisms for developing the quality of education because it is an essential process in working together to develop the quality of education to achieve the goals effectively.It consists of educational supervisors, administrators, administrative assistants, academic teachers, and teachers-teachers and teachers assigned by administrators, including those with knowledge and expertise in education, to take part in helping to improve the quality of education. There is cooperation in implementing the work by using leadership to create cooperation, coordination and use of full potential, which will result in the development of the work of the educational institution as a whole in accordance with the standard education curriculum. Find ways to improve, develop, promote, and support teachers' teaching management to be more effective, with the most important goal or result being the quality of education in the educational institution in three aspects: 1) learner quality, 2) administrative and management processes, and 3) learner-centered instructional management. Which will result in higher student achievement, students have desirable characteristics.All three of the above result in higher academic achievement, and students have desirable characteristics.
