Teamwork affecting the administration of academic schools under Nakhon Si Thammarat Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) Teamwork of Schools 2) Academic administration of Schools 3) Teamwork affecting the administration academic of schools, and 4) Guidelines for developing academic administration of schools under Nakhonsithammarat Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample of 317 Administrators and teachers of schools under Nakhonsithammarat Educational Service Area Office 3. Data were collected by a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.96 and were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) The overall teamwork of schools were at a high level, 2) The overall academic administration of schools were at a highest level, 3) Teamwork Participation, Interaction, Communication and Having the same goal Affecting the academic administration of Schools under Nakhonsithammarat Educational Service Area Office 3 was able to forecast the academic administration of Schools at 43 percent, Statistically significant at the .05 level. And 4) Guidelines for developing academic administration of schools were as follows; Including developing and improving the curriculum in line with changes in global society, Organize learning activities that take into account individual differences, Encourage teachers to conduct research to develop techniques for designing student-centered learning activities, Organize an educational supervision system, Set quality assurance standards to lead to operations consistent with the normal course of work. It arises from the participation of all parties.
