รูปแบบความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจโรงแรม กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน แนวโน้มการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง และนวัตกรรมการบริการในอนาคตเพื่อความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจโรงแรม พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอรูปแบบความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจโรงแรมกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามัน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงโครงสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนผู้ประกอบการที่เป็นคนไทยและตัวแทนภาครัฐหรือเอกชนจำนวน 19 ท่าน และวิเคราะห์ผลที่ได้ด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟาย
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของธุรกิจโรงแรมกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามันมีการวางแผนรองรับการบริการสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยมากขึ้น มุ่งเน้นการให้บริการทางธรรมชาติและให้ความสำคัญกับมาตรการความปลอดภัยจากโรคระบาดมากขึ้น อีกทั้งยังพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญจะต้องเป็นผู้นำที่มีคุณลักษณะในการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ คำนึงถึงความเป็นเอกัตถะบุคคล มุ่งกระตุ้นทางปัญญา และมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ ทั้งนี้ ในส่วนของรูปแบบความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจโรงแรกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคใต้ฝั่งอันดามันควรจะต้องประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ด้านความสามารถในการปรับตัว และด้านความมีประสิทธิภาพขององค์กร
