บทคัดย่อ
จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 (COVID-19) การตีตราทางสังคม (Social Stigma)เป็นหนึ่งในตราบาปและปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นทั่วโลก ผู้วิจัยจึงเห็นสำคัญจึงได้รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์เอกสารเนื้อหาสาระทางวิชาการ เพื่อนำเสนอให้เป็นองค์ความรู้ในรูปแบบบทความวิชาการ เนื่องจากปัญหาดังกล่าวเป็นหนึ่งในปัญหาทางสาธารณสุขใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้นบนโลกใบนี้ที่ท้าทายการเป็นอยู่ของมนุษยชาติ ที่ส่งผลกระทบหลากหลายด้านของการดำเนินชีวิต เช่น ด้านจิตใจ การเป็นอยู่ในสังคมที่ลำบาก การรักษาทางการแพทย์ และการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด-19 (COVID-19) แต่เนื่องจากเป็นโรคอุบัติใหม่ทำให้มนุษย์ทั่วโลกมีความวิตกกังวล หวาดระแวง กลัวว่าตนเองหรือบุคคลใกล้ชิดจะติดเชื้อ และองค์ความรู้ต่าง ๆ ก็ยังไม่ชัดเจน จึงนำมาสู่การตีตราทางสังคม จากพฤติกรรมและการกระทำดังกล่าวที่ส่งผลกระทบในสังคมนั้น จึงได้ค้นพบว่า “การสื่อสาร” ถือเป็นแนวทางที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการหยุดและป้องกันการตีตราสังคมให้ลดลงได้ ดังนั้นการทำความเข้าใจเรื่องการตีตราอย่างลึกซึ้งและการนำเสนอแนวทางที่สามารถลดการตีตราในสังคมลงได้เป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้สามารถรับมือกับวิกฤตสุขภาพในอนาคตได้ดีขึ้น โดยการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพและการเพิ่มความรู้ความเข้าใจให้กับประชาชน เพื่อลดปัจจัยที่นำไปสู่การตีตราทางสังคมในการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน ทั้งนี้กลยุทธ์และนโยบายดังกล่าวมีความเกี่ยวข้องมิใช่เฉพาะกับ โควิด-19 (COVID-19) เท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงการระบาดใหญ่ของโรคในอนาคตและภาวะฉุกเฉินด้านสุขภาพที่โลกอาจเผชิญต่อไป
