ความท้าทายและโอกาสของนวัตกรรมบริการภาครัฐไทย ในยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ในมิติการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจโอกาสและความท้าทายของนวัตกรรมการบริการภาครัฐในประเทศไทยภายใต้นโยบายประเทศไทย 4.0 โดยกล่าวถึงความสำคัญที่เพิ่มขึ้นของนวัตกรรมบริการในภาครัฐ ซึ่งได้รับแรงสนับสนุนจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และเทคโนโลยีอย่างรวดเร็ว องค์กรภาครัฐจึงต้องปรับตัวให้เข้ากับการเปลี่ยนแปลงเหล่านี้เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปของประชาชน ทำให้การขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมบริการภาครัฐในประเทศไทยเผชิญทั้งโอกาสและอุปสรรคสำคัญที่ต้องแก้ไข เพื่อให้การส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมบริการภาครัฐเป็นไปอย่างมีทิศทาง บทความนี้จึงนำเสนอ ‘THAI-G’ ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางที่องค์การภาครัฐในประเทศไทยควรส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมบริการ ประกอบไปด้วย การส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมนวัตกรรม การพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากรภาครัฐ การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่รองรับ การสร้างพันธมิตรจากภาคส่วนอื่น ๆ และการปรับกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบให้เอื้อต่อการพัฒนานวัตกรรม โดยข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการยกระดับการยกระดับการให้บริการภาครัฐให้มีประสิทธิภาพและตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชนได้ดียิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน
