ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะของครูในโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนแบบทวิภาษา ในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
พื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มีลักษณะเฉพาะจำเป็นต้องบริหารจัดการศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิต วัฒนธรรม ประเพณี ความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม และเพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียน สมรรถนะครูจึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการจัดการศึกษา การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะของครูในโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนแบบทวิภาษาในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นครูโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนแบบทวิภาษา จำนวน 146 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะของครู และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์สมรรถนะหลักได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน (X3) ความสามารถทางวิชาการของครูทวิภาษา (X5) และแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู (X2) ส่วนเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครู (X1) และขวัญและกำลังใจของครู (X4) ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยตัวแปรทั้งหมดร่วมกันพยากรณ์สมรรถนะหลักได้ร้อยละ 74.20 (Adjust r- square =.742) ส่วนตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์ สมรรถนะประจำสายงาน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ ความสามารถทางวิชาการของครู (X 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน (X3) และแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู (X2) ส่วนขวัญและกำลังใจของครู (X4) และเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครู (X1) ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยตัวแปรทั้งหมดร่วมกันพยากรณ์สมรรถนะประจำสายงานได้ร้อยละ 67.20 (Adjust r- square =.672)
