การวิเคราะห์กลุ่มประชาชนในการเตรียมพร้อมรับมือการระบาดไวรัสโควิด 19 ในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
เชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 หรือโรคโควิด 19 สร้างความสูญเสียต่อชีวิตและส่งผลเสียหายต่อระบบสังคมเศรษฐกิจทั้งโลก งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การเตรียมพร้อมรับมือของประชาชนในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ต่อการระบาดของโรค สำรวจผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ร่วมกับการเลือกตัวอย่างตามความสะดวกและแบบลูกโซ่ผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มีการส่งต่อไปยังผู้ใช้งานกว่า 190 คน เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 29 มีนาคม ถึง 3 เมษายน 2563 ได้ผู้ตอบจำนวน 622 คน ข้อคำถามครอบคลุมข้อมูลทางประชากรศาสตร์ และการเตรียมรับมือการระบาดไวรัสโควิด 19 ใช้การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์กลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยต่อการรับมือการระบาดไวรัสโควิด 19 ของประชาชนในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ประกอบด้วย 5 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1) การรับมือด้านการปรับเปลี่ยนวิถีชีวิต และการดูแลสุขภาพกาย สุขภาพจิตของคนในครอบครัว และการอัพเดทข้อมูลข่าวสาร 2) การรับมือด้านการสังเกตอาการ การปฏิบัติ และการติดตามสถานการณ์จากภาครัฐ 3) การรับความช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการลดความเสี่ยงของการระบาด 4) การรับมือด้านการประกันชีวิต อาชีพ หรือทางเลือกอื่น และ 5) การรับมือด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลข่าวสาร การซื้อสินค้า และการช่วยเหลือกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม และสามารถแบ่งกลุ่มออกเป็น 5 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่ม 1 กลุ่มตื่นตัวในการรับมือ กลุ่ม 2 กลุ่มพร้อมรับมือ กลุ่ม 3 กลุ่มพร้อมรับมือแต่ยังไม่สนใจทางเลือกอื่น กลุ่ม 4 กลุ่มรับมือระดับปานกลาง และกลุ่ม 5 กลุ่มรับมือต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์เฉลี่ย โดยประชาชนในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ประมาณร้อยละ 50 อยู่ในกลุ่ม 1 และกล่ม 2 ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มรับมือได้ในระดับสูงกว่าเกณฑ์เฉลี่ยรวม ผลที่ได้ครั้งนี้รัฐอาจต้องบริหารจัดการกลุ่มประชาชนเพื่อให้คลายกังวลโดยแยกตามความแตกต่างทางประชากรศาสตร์ หรืออาจใช้นโยบายในการรับมืออย่างทันท่วงทีเพื่อให้ประชาชนไม่ตื่นตระหนกจนเกินไปสู่การเตรียมพร้อมต่อสถานการณ์การระบาดในอนาคต
