พฤติกรรมการวางแผนทางการเงินส่วนบุคคลของนักเรียนนายร้อย โรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า

บทคัดย่อ

พฤติกรรมการวางแผนทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมช่วยสร้างวินัยทางการเงินที่ดีทำให้บุคคลดำรงชีพได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ การศึกษาพฤติกรรมนี้และเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมที่เหมาะสมจึงเป็นประโยชน์ยิ่ง จึงวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการวางแผนทางการเงินส่วนบุคคลของนักเรียนนายร้อยซึ่งเป็นเยาวชนที่ต่อไปจะเป็นผู้นำกำลังพลและเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีของคนไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ ระยะแรกเป็น               เชิงปริมาณ ระยะที่สองเป็นเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนา สถิติเชิงอนุมาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ทดสอบมมติฐานโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการวางแผนทางการเงินในสี่ด้านคือ รายได้ รายจ่าย การออม การลงทุน นักเรียนทุกชั้นปีมีพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับสูงมากกว่าคนไทยและ The Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) ในทุกด้าน ในขณะที่นักเรียนแต่ละชั้นปีและแต่ละสาขาวิชามีพฤติกรรมการวางแผนทางการเงินที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยชั้นปีสุดท้ายมีพฤติกรรมทางการเงินสูงที่สุด ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักกลุ่มนักเรียนนายร้อยที่ให้สัมภาษณ์ซึ่งผ่านการเรียนวิชาการบริหารการเงินส่วนบุคคลมาแล้ว จุดอ่อนที่ควรปรับปรุงคือ การสร้างเป้าหมายทางการเงินในอนาคตและปฏิบัติให้ได้จริง แนวทางที่ควรส่งเสริมคือการให้ความรู้เชิงลึกในชั้นเรียนในรูปแบบรายวิชาบังคับและการจัดกิจกรรมนอกชั้นเรียนเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะและปรับพฤติกรรมทางการเงินแก่นักเรียนทุกชั้นปีเริ่มตั้งแต่ชั้นปีแรกและทำอย่างต่อเนื่องจนสำเร็จการศึกษา
