ทุนทางปัญญา : การเปิดเผยข้อมูลในรายงานการเงิน การจัดการความรู้ และสร้างคุณค่าทางธุรกิจในยุคเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ

ในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันบริษัทมีการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและวิธีการใหม่ๆมาทำงานร่วมกับมนุษย์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบงานและลดความซ้ำซ้อน เกิดความรวดเร็วในการทำงาน การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ ทำให้เกิดองค์ความรู้มากมายหรือที่เรียกว่าทุนทางปัญญา ประกอบด้วย ทุนมนุษย์และทุนโครงสร้าง ที่สะท้อนในรูปของสินทรัพย์ไม่มีตัวตน ได้แก่ ความรู้ ข้อมูล ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญารวมถึงกระบวนการต่าง ๆ ภายในองค์กร วัฒนธรรมขององค์กร ความรู้สึกนึกคิดของพนักงาน ช่วยสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กิจการ เนื่องจากทุนประเภทนี้คู่แข่งไม่สามารถลอกเลียนแบบหรือหาซื้อจากแหล่งอื่นได้ อีกทั้งทุนทางปัญญาไม่มีการเสื่อมค่าตามกาลเวลา และไม่เสื่อมค่าตามการใช้งาน ยิ่งใช้มาก ความรู้ยิ่งเพิ่มพูนมากขึ้น ปัจจุบันบริษัทจำกัด บริษัทมหาชนจำกัด จึงมีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลทุนทางบปัญญาในรายงานทางการเงินโดยสมัครใจเพื่อให้นักลงทุนทั่วไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการตัดสินใจลงทุน การเปิดเผยข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับทุนมนุษย์ ค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้าง ค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับทุนสัมพันธ์ นอกจากนี้การเปิดเผยข้อมูลช่วยให้นักลงทุนได้รับข่าวสารที่เท่าเทียมกัน ช่วยให้ตัดสินใจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะบริษัทที่มีการจัดการความรู้ทุนทางปัญญาที่เหมาะสม จะมีการรวบรวม จัดระบบ จัดเก็บ และเข้าถึงข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างความรู้ ช่วยพัฒนาระบบงานและเพิ่มมูลค่ากิจการโดยการเพิ่มคุณภาพ ลดต้นทุน และใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่อย่างจำกัดเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มความสามารถในการทำกำไร
