ตัวแปรทางเศรษฐกิจมหภาคที่มีผลต่อการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศของประเทศไทยในอุตสาหกรรม New s-curve

บทคัดย่อ
แม้ว่าภาครัฐจะเข้ามาส่งเสริมการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรม New s-curve แต่การลงทุนยังขาดความต่อเนื่องของการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมให้สอดรับกับแนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลงอุตสาหกรรมที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมขั้นสูง จึงได้มีการวิจัยเพื่อวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรทางเศรษฐกิจมหภาคที่มีผลต่อการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศของประเทศไทยในอุตสาหกรรม New s-curve โดยใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ รายไตรมาสตั้งแต่ พ.ศ.2560-พ.ศ. 2563 และใช้การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple regression analysis) ด้วยวิธีกำลังสองน้อยที่สุด (Ordinary least square) เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรทางเศรษฐกิจมหภาคที่มีนัยสำคัญต่อการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศของประเทศไทยในอุตสาหกรรม New s-curve จำนวน 5 รายอุตสาหกรรม ได้แก่ อุตสาหกรรมหุ่นยนต์ อุตสาหกรรมการบินและโลจิสติกส์ อุตสาหกรรมเชื้อเพลิงชีวภาพและเคมีชีวภาพ อุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัล และอุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์ครบวงจร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อัตราการเติบโตการลงทุนภายในประเทศของภาครัฐ อัตราดอกเบี้ยนโยบายมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันกับการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์ครบวงจรและอุตสาหกรรมหุ่นยนต์ ในขณะที่อัตราการเติบโตของการส่งออกมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางตรงกันข้ามกับการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัลและอุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์ครบวงจร ส่วนดัชนีผลิตภาพแรงงานไม่มีผลต่อการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรม New s-curve ดังนั้นภาครัฐสามารถใช้ผลการศึกษานี้ประกอบการพิจารณาเพื่อกำหนดมาตรการสนับสนุนหรือกำหนดนโยบายที่เหมาะสมในการดึงดูดการลงทุนโดยตรงจากต่างประเทศในอุตสาหกรรม New s-curve ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
