คุณลักษณะสำคัญและรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนา

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ได้นำเสนอถึงคุณลักษณะสำคัญของครูนักพัฒนาและรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนา ซึ่งได้จากการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์จากครูต้นแบบที่ได้รับรางวัลในระดับชาติและนานาชาติจำนวน 5 ท่าน รวมถึงจากเอกสารบทความวิชาการและงานวิจัย โดยคุณลักษณะของการเป็นครูนักพัฒนามีลักษณะที่โดดเด่น คือ การมีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู การมีทักษะชีวิต ทักษะอาชีพ และทักษะทางสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งแนวทางการสร้างบัณฑิตครูให้มีลักษณะของครูนักพัฒนาดังกล่าว ได้ทำจากการประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดการพัฒนาด้านจิตพิสัยของบลูมและคณะ มีทั้งหมด 5 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นที่ 1 รู้จักตัวตน ขั้นที่ 2 ตระหนักถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงและวางเป้าหมายชีวิต ขั้นที่ 3 คิดค้นหาอุปสรรคและแสวงหาหนทางความสำเร็จ ขั้นที่ 4 มุ่งมั่นตั้งใจ และขั้นที่ 5 ทางเลือกหลากหลาย และได้มีกิจกรรมที่เสริมสร้างและสอดรับกับขั้นตอนในการสร้างคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนาดังกล่าว 4 ลักษณะดังนี้ 1) กิจกรรมในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะ 2) กิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ 3) เทคโนโลยี/นวัตกรรม สื่อ ทางสังคมออนไลน์ และ 4) การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ผลดังกล่าวนำไปสู่การสร้างสรรค์รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนา เพื่อให้เป็นแนวทางแก่หน่วยงานผลิตและพัฒนาครูไปใช้ในการพัฒนาครูให้เป็นนักพัฒนาที่จะส่งผลให้เกิดเยาวชนคุณภาพของประเทศต่อไป
