บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันโลกมีความเจริญก้าวหน้าอย่างรวดเร็วเนื่องมาจากการพัฒนาของนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี การศึกษาจึงต้องเป็นพลวัตรและสอดคล้องกับศตวรรษที่ 21 ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศที่มีรายได้หลักจากการท่องเที่ยว แต่กลับพบปัญหาการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารเนื่องจากการขาดสื่อการเรียนรู้ จึงได้พัฒนาทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบสปอครายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับมัคคุเทศก์ สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบสปอค (SPOC) รายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับมัคคุเทศก์ด้วยตนเอง ศึกษาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับมัคคุเทศก์ผ่านทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบสปอค และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบสปอค (SPOC) รายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับมัคคุเทศก์ สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จากนักศึกษาสาขาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 จำนวน 16 คนที่ได้ลงทะเบียนเรียน โดยแบ่งการวิจัยเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ 1) พัฒนาทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบสปอครายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับมัคคุเทศก์ พบว่าคุณภาพเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( = 4.63, S.D. = 0.45) และคุณภาพสื่อทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบสปอครายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับมัคคุเทศก์อยู่ในระดับดีมาก (
= 4.68, S.D. = .29) และ 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้ทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบสปอครายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับมัคคุเทศก์ พบว่าทักษะทางการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษของผู้เรียนอยู่ในระดับมากขึ้นไปและผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก (
