ความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมแบบ sequential explanatory mixed design sign กลุ่มตัวอย่างครู 275 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สถิติที่ใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีการจัดเรียงลำดับของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI) ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้บริหารทางการศึกษา 3 ท่าน ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเพื่อหาแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นแต่ละด้านจากมากไปน้อย คือ 1) การเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง 2) การทำงานเป็นทีมและการมีส่วนร่วม 3) การมีวิสัยทัศน์เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง 4) การคิดสร้างสรรค์ 5) การสร้างบรรยากาศในองค์กร โดยแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู ด้านที่ 1 การเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง แนวทางการพัฒนา 6 แนวทาง ด้านที่ 2 การทำงานเป็นทีมและการมีส่วนร่วม แนวทางการพัฒนา 4 แนวทาง ด้านที่ 3 การมีวิสัยทัศน์เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง แนวทางการพัฒนา 4 แนวทาง ด้านที่ 4 การคิดสร้างสรรค์ แนวทางการพัฒนา 4 แนวทาง ด้านที่ 5 การสร้างบรรยากาศในองค์กร แนวทางการพัฒนา 4 แนวทาง ดังนั้นผู้บริหารของโรงเรียนสามารถนำแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูที่ได้รับจากข้อค้นพบครั้งนี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาของครูและโรงเรียนสู่ความเป็นผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมและองค์กรนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาอย่างแท้จริง
