A Study of Satisfaction on the Management from Membership of Bannaikoy Rubber Fund Cooperative Ltd., Pabon District, Phatthalung Province

Abstract
This research was aimed to study and compare the satisfaction from membership of Bannaikoy Rubber Fund Cooperative Ltd., Pabon District, Phatthalung Province, on the management of the cooperative. For the methods of studying, the satisfaction was classified by sex, age, education, income, number of rubber holding, time was the membership of rubber fund cooperative, and the distance from the rubber plantations to the rubber fund cooperative. Samples used to study were 200 members of Bannaikoy Rubber Fund Cooperative Ltd., which samples were derived by the method of circular systematic sampling. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Welch test, Mann-Whitney Test, Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of this research were as follows. Membership of Bannaikoy Rubber Fund Cooperative Ltd., Pabon District, Phatthalung Province, had the overall satisfaction on the management of the cooperative in the high level. There was significant difference at .05 level in the overall satisfaction on the management of the cooperative when classified by age, education, income, number of rubber holding, and time was the membership of rubber fund cooperative.
