The efficiency of electronic books and the achievement of using electronic books were analyzed from 30 samples. Statistics used were mean and t-test. The finding revealed that the efficiency of electronic books was found at 83.56/81.07 which was in accordance with efficiency index. The learning achievement of the samples after studying was higher than before studying with the statistical significance at .05. The teachers responsible for library management can learn the content of electronic books on the Dewey Decimal classification through loading the application on their mobile phones enabling them to study anywhere and anytime.
