Results of Curriculum Development and Model of Training the New Generation to Respect Human Rights in Southern Border Provinces

Abstract
The research objective was (1) to develop the curriculum and the new youth generation training model regarding caring and respecting rights in the southern border provinces at the university and school level. (2) To create youth role model to be a lecturer on human right matter in the southern border provinces in order to further influence to youth generation in educational institutes, parents, community and relatives. (3) To study the result after the application of the curriculum and the new youth generation training model in the southern border provinces. (4) To study the youth’s satisfaction toward the curriculum and training model by applying Research and Development method to evaluate. The sample was 12 southern border university students, 90 students and 10 mentor teachers. The result found that (1) Creation of the curriculum and training model by experts were suitable and applicable into realistic application in accordance with the local context. (2) Youth role model creation and vocal youth at the school level in the southern border provinces resulted that they all can be the lecturers to further influence to their fellow companions effectively. (3) Vocal youth and university students who participated in the curriculum and training model had the fundamental understanding on human right matter after the course which was higher than before the participation at statistical significance level of 0.05. (4) Vocal youth and university students were satisfied with the curriculum and the training model at most and this research paper was conveyed into different mediums as of 235 types.
