Adoption of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to the Management of Ban Kok It-Kok Nai Farmer Housewife Group Community Enterprise for Coarse Rice Production, Narathiwat Province

Abstract
The implementation of the sufficiency economy philosophy to manage community enterprises is another way to strengthen the local economy. Therefore, the research aims to study the problems and operations of the community enterprise of the Ban Kok It-Kok Nai Farmer Housewife Group Community Enterprise for Coarse Rice Production, Narathiwat province. Guidelines for promoting the application of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in community enterprise management. And applying the philosophy of sufficiency economy to the management of community enterprises. Key informants consisted of group chairman, group secretary, treasurer, community leader, product buyers, product consumers, officers of Provincial Agricultural Extension Office, and academics, totaling 20 persons. Choose a specific type that someone with experience can represent. Research instruments consisted of a recording form, observation, in-depth interview, and focus group questionnaire. The data are analyzed using descriptive analysis. The findings from the study revealed that problems and operations were human, finance, material resources, and management. Guidelines for promoting personnel groups must include training seminars and study visits to exchange knowledge about operations. The financial aspect requires the development of knowledge and accounting skills. In terms of materials and equipment, we mainly focus on raw materials from group members. Management must plan and set operational goals systematically. Results of applying the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy: 1) Relevant agencies help promote and support the group to receive training to increase knowledge and have good professional skills. 2) able to apply knowledge about accounting in financial management according to the plan; 3) raw materials used in production come from member households with standard quality; and 4) systematic group management with planning to drive operations according to the set goals.
