This research aimed to 1) develop and find the efficiency of the active learning management plans using the peer-teaching technique (Think-Pair-Share) with PowerPoint presentation media, 2) compare the academic achievement before and after learning, and 3) study the students' satisfaction towards the learning management. The target group was 25 fourth grade students of Ban Talomeyor School who were studying in the first semester of the 2024 academic year. The research instruments consisted of 8 active learning management plans using the peer-teaching technique with PowerPoint presentation media with  an overall efficiency of 80.02/80.38, an achievement test with a difficulty level between 0.20 - 0.76, a discrimination power between 0.40 - 0.86, and a reliability of 0.81 according to the Kuder-Richardson method, and a student satisfaction questionnaire with the learning management with a consistency value between the questions and the objectives between 0.67 - 1.00. The data were analyzed using percentages, means, standard deviations, and paired t-tests. The research results found that the effective active learning management plan was 80.02/80.38 according to the 80/80 criteria and helped the learners to have higher learning achievement after learning than before learning with statistical significance at the 0.01 level and the learners were highly satisfied with the learning management according to the plan.
