School Leadership in the Digital Age

Abstract

This article presents elements of institutional leadership in the digital age, including the ability to use technology in teaching and learning, administration, measurement and evaluation, and ethics in the use of technology. Features of the administrators of the digital age are as follows: Establishing a vision of communication technology and computer technology, infrastructure management to be able to use it more efficiently, promoting the widespread adoption of communication technology and computer technology, training of personnel in communication technology and computer. In addition, school administrators must be able to properly use communication technology and computer technology in their work, promoting, encouraging, motivating teachers and staff to use communication technology and computer technology (ICT) capabilities in learning management. And performance School leaders must supervise, monitor and advise on the use of communication technology and computer of educational institutions appropriately.
