A study of the current state and problems of the learning media management process to promote proactive learning management of the Center for Educational Quality Development, Mae Kha Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

This research aims to study the current conditions and problems of the learning media management process to promote proactive learning management of the Educational Quality Development Center, Mae Ka Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. The total population of 120 people was divided into interviewees who were school administrators. There are 5 persons: 1) School Administrator, Ban Mae Ka School, 2) School Administrator, Ban Muang School, 3) Ban Pong Nok School Administrator, 4) School Administrator, Ban Pang Poi School, 5) Ban Huay krai School Administrator, and informant in the questionnaire. Mae Ka Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province the tools used include interview forms for the management of learning materials using system theory to promote proactive learning management of the Education Quality Development Center in Mae Ka Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. It is used for administrators of all 5 schools and questionnaire on the process of managing learning materials using system theory to promote proactive learning management of the Educational Quality Development Center in Mae Ka Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. It is used for teachers and educational personnel in the Center for Educational Quality Development. Mae Ka Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, and content analysis. The research found that the current condition and problems of the learning media management process using system theory to promote proactive learning management of the Educational Quality Development Center, Mae Ka Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. In the overview of the Center for Educational Quality Development Mae Ka Subdistrict, where all parties are involved in the implementation by applying the system theory process in the  management of learning materials, consists of 1) policy and plan, the Center for Educational Quality Development, Mae Ka Subdistrict does not set clear goals for the management of learning materials and does not prepare an action plan for the management of learning materials for implementation,  2) budget. The Mae Ka Educational Quality Development Center has budgeted for the management of learning materials that are unclear 3) Personnel aspects. In the Mae Ka Educational Quality Development Center, there is a lack of evaluation of personnel in the management of learning media 4) Academic promotion. Lack of continuity of instruction in the management of learning materials 5) Management in the Mae Ka Education Quality Development Center, management and evaluation are a clear sequence of procedures.
