Abstract
The objective of this research is 1) to study the creative leadership of school administrators in special large schools Bang Phli District under Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2) to compare the creative leadership of school administrators in special large schools Bang Phli District under Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office classified by gender, age The number of 205 people was stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level questionnaire with a reliability of .982. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. Research has shown that 1)The level of creative leadership in school administrators of a large-scale school in Bang Phli District, under the supervision of the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office, is overall at a high level. When considering each aspect,
it is found to be high in all areas, with the highest average score in the area of having a vision. The second-ranking area is the consideration of individual differences, and the lowest-ranking area is teamwork 2) The creative leadership of school administrators in a large-scale school in Bang Phli District, under the supervision of the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office, was compared based on gender and work experience. It was found that, overall, there were no statistically significant differences. However, when compared based on educational qualifications and age, it was found that there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level.
