Participatory Management Factors Affecting the Success of Internal Educational Quality Assurance Implementation at Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Office of the Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

       The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of participatory management factors, 2) to study the success of internal educational quality assurance implementation, 3) to study the relationship between participatory management factors and the success of internal educational quality assurance implementation, and 4) to construct a predictive equation for the success of internal educational quality assurance implementation. The sample group consisted of 256 participants, including school administrators and teachers. The research instruments were divided into two parts: 1) participatory management factors, and 2) the success of internal educational quality assurance implementation. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis (both enter and stepwise methods). The research findings revealed that: 1) The participatory management factors were at a high level. 2) The success of internal educational quality assurance implementation was at a high level. 3) The participatory management factors had a high positive correlation with the success of internal educational quality assurance implementation.4) The participatory management factors could predict the success of internal educational quality assurance implementation by 66 percent. The predictive equations could be written in both raw score and standard score forms as follows:
