Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) the level of administrative factors in schools, 2) the level of effectiveness of academic administration in schools in the digital age, 3) Relationship between Management Factors and School Academic Effectiveness in the Digital Age and 4) administrative factors affecting the effectiveness of academic work in schools in the digital age. The sample consisted of 33 school administrators and 294 teachers, obtained using stratified proportional sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis employed basic statistics, including mean and standard deviation, along with Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) the overall level of administrative factors in schools was high; 2) the overall level of effectiveness of academic administration in schools in the digital age was high; 3) there was a statistically significant positive correlation (p < 0.01) between administrative factors and the effectiveness of academic administration in schools in the digital age; and 4) the administrative factors affecting the effectiveness of academic work in schools in the digital age, with the strongest predictive power in descending order, being parent and community factors and teacher factors. In terms of administration and educational media and technology, these four administrative factors can predict 73.6% of the variance in the effectiveness of academic administration in schools in the digital age, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
