The Development of High Performance Organization Model for Extra Large Secondary Schools under Office of the Basic Education Commission

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the composition of high performance organization for extra-large secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, 2) to create the development model of high performance organization of extra-large secondary schools, and 3) to evaluate the development model of high performance organization for an extra-large secondary schools. The research procedures by related documents research, interview from educational institution administrators, inquiry from educational institution administrators and teachers, connoisseurship, and evaluate the model by people involved. The population in this research comprised 33 educational institution administrators and 3,355 teachers. The sample groups were 9 educational institution administrators, 342 teachers and, and 10 experts to attend connoisseurship. The research tools are synthesis document form, interview form, questionnaire, connoisseurship record form, and model evaluation form. The data were analyzed by content analysis techniques, frequency, percentage, mean () and standard deviation (S.D). The results were indicated below 1) The composition for the development of high performance organizations for extra-large secondary schools comprised 9 components: Future vision, Strategy determine, Procedure design, Team support,Student
attend, Stakeholder care, Knowledge polish, Academic excellent, and Resultant sustain. 2) Creation effects in the model are consistent with operational guidelines to develop organization as a high performance organization. The results of the model examination concluded that the model had utility (percentage = 100.00), feasibility (percentage = 100.00), propriety (percentage = 90.00) and accuracy (percentage = 100.00) 3) The result of evaluation of the model found that it was of high quality in terms of utility ( =4.07), feasibility ( = 4.48), propriety ( = 4.40) and it was of highest quality in terms of accuracy ( = 4.63).
