The Process of Sadhamranabhogi-Dhamma Creation of Buddhist Organization in Thailand

Abstract
The objectives of the present research were to 1) study the fundamental of virtuous sharing in Buddhism, 2) study the processes of developing virtuous sharing of Buddhist Organization, particularly in Ubonratchatani and 3) scrutinize the impacts of applying virtuous sharing’s principles toward Thai society. The interviews and the observations forms have been spelt out for the present study, meanwhile, the interviewing and the participant observation have been undertaken for data collections. The twenty predominant samples have been taken from various Buddhist Organizations in Unbonratchatani province viz. the monks, the leaders of the organizations and the people. The interpretation and conclusion have been used for the analysis and synthesis of the datas selected in the present research.
Findings of the study
1) The fundamental of virtuous sharing in Buddhism is determined as to share any lawful gains whether it is more or less with virtuous fellows which is known as virtuous sharing. The so-called fundamental has been taken from one of the concepts of virtues for fraternal living, Saraniyadhamma, in Buddhism, later on, it has been obviously developed by the Buddhist Organization called Santi Ashok as the model and system of self-living. The charitable objects in Buddhism under the principle of virtuous sharing can be divided into two kinds viz. 1) material gift, Amisdana and 2) spiritual gift, Dhammadana.
2) It has been found that the processes of developing virtuous sharing of Buddhist Organizations in Ubonratchatani province have consisted of five stages as follows: 1) evaluating the purpose of the organization, 2) processing the setting of the organization, 3) specifying the characteristics of the leader, 4) the procedures of performing the activities, and 5) the results of operating the processes. All of the five stages mentioned above have been performed throughout the following Buddhist Organizations viz. 1) the Ethical Training Center of Dongwang Ao, for solving any of the youth’s problems and developing the community 2) the Community Learning Center of Plan Khoi, for supporting the society and sharing any kinds of the knowledges either of world’s knowledges and Buddhism and 3) the Youth Buddhist Association Center of Ubonratchatani, for maintaining the community by means of arranging the meditation center and Buddhist Sunday school including organizing the religious activities and the provincial annual festival.
3) Presently, it is clearly found that the applications of virtuous sharing toward Thai society in particular Buddhist Organizations have been performed throughout the following details as follows: 1) hospital and health care, 2) human resource development and 3) educational supporting. In Ubonratchatani, meanwhile, the principle of virtuous sharing has been applied for the individual level and Buddhist Organization level. Individually, virtuous sharing has leaded directly to the practicing of the principles of middle ways in Buddhism, emphasizing on mental value, not physical value as well as enhancing and developing the virtues. In Buddhist Organization level, On the other hand, virtuous sharing has been applied for cultivating the morality in the community, for the development and advancement of the society in order to maintain the unity of human being and living together with harmony and peace forever
