Abstract

The objectives of the research were: (1) to study the competency and the way for the competency development of Buddhist College administrators under   Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, (2) to make model for the competency development of Buddhist College administrators under  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, and (3) to evaluate the model for the competency development of Buddhist College administrators under   Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University.


The results found that  the factor analysis of the competency development of Buddhist College administrators under Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University had 6 factors: 1) having the vision, 2) creating the learning organizations, 3) the organizational administration and Information Technology management, 4) the organization management, 5) the interpersonal relationship and 6) the good leadership of the Buddhist College administrators. The model for the competency development of Buddhist College administrators under Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya  University consisted of 6 parts: the first part is the introduction, the second part is the content and the operating guidelines, the third part is the process of the competency development of Buddhist College administrators under Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, and the fourth is the success conditions. The evaluation of the model for the competency development of Buddhist College administrators under Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University in the 4 aspects: 1) the accuracy, 2) the appropriateness, 3) the possibility, and 4) the usefulness was the high level.
