The Buddha’s method of The Justice management and The Justice Integration in Thai social

Abstract

this research has 3 purposes: 1) to study  Buddha’s method of The Justice management,  2) to study justice in Thai society, and 3) to study the integration of Buddha’s method of The Justice management and  justice management in Thai social. This is a qualitative research. The study  indicated  that:

          The study  Buddha’s method of The Justice management is a way that the Buddha used to administer and manage the fair work that appears in the pali texts (Tripitaka). There are two types of justice: justice (dhamacariya) And justice is based on the principle of equality (samacariya). The criteria or conditions of a fair work are age, gender, status or position, time, and place. Buddhist management of justice Contains management the organization and individuals in the justice sector. Management Process in the fair. And how to manage the fair. Principles related to justice include mercy, equality, fellowship, and peace.

According to the study of justice in Thai society, justice refers to works of justice derived from the concept of justice and fair work  in Thai law. The focus is on the management of fairness, righteousness or legitimacy, unfairness with the prejudice. Fair work of Thai social  in the past was based on the concept of the Manu Thammasatra, Rajasatra,  and The Statute of the Court of Justice. And now Thai social  uses the civil law system.  The judicial process is based on the court system. The Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court. Comply with the law, criminal procedure and civil and commercial law. And there are many problems of fair work in Thai social.

To study the integration of Buddha’s method of The Justice management and  justice management in Thai social was found it is important to integrate the management of the organization and the individuals in the justice sector by Trai sikkha, The justice process  by Management of justice in accordance with the Behavioral offense, Integrating Fair Work Practices It should provide opportunities for people involved in the case to participate in fair dealing. And the society is given the lessons of legal, And Integrating goals into fair work Should consider the merits of the judge, No Bias,  Reconciliation of communion, compassion, equality, fellowship and peace of society.
