The Management Pattern of TV Program Production Business in 4.0 Era

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) study the situation of the management of TV program production business in Thailand 4.0 Era (2) study the key success factors of the management of TV program production business and (3) study the relationship of the factors of management of TV program production business that effect to business performance. The study conduct in mixed method by explanatory research. The quantitative research collected data from 360 samples who are staffs of TV program production business then analysis by descriptive and inferential statistics such as structural equation model (SEM).


            The result indicated that the situation of TV program production business has had a critical in pricing war from new competitors and most of them lacked the code of ethics in presenting the quality content to audiences. The key of success factors for management of TV program production business in 4.0 Era consisted of sustainability management, technology acceptance model, corporate social responsibility, and organizational innovation supportiveness. The result of structural equation model was all factors that consistent with the literature review and research related by the corporate social responsibility high positive effected on the management of TV program production business in 4.0.
