The Relationship between the Management Skills of the Schools Administrators in The 21st Century and the Effectiveness of the Schools under Phanakhonsi Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

     The purpose of this research were to (1) to study the leadership skills of 21st century administrators under the Ayutthaya Educational Service Area Office District 1 (2) The effectiveness of schools under the Ayutthaya Primary Educational ServicThe purpose of this research were to (1) to study the leadership skills of 21st century administrators under the Ayutthaya Educational Service Area Office District 1 (2) The effectiveness of schools under the Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 (3) The relationship between the leadership skills of the 21st century administrators and the effectiveness of schools under the Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group used in this research was 354 teachers. The data were collected using questionnaire. The data analysis with descriptive statistics including frequency and percentage mean values   And standard deviation  and finding the Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.  The results of the research revealed that  The effectiveness of schools under the Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall  was at a high level. With the most effective in the ability to solve problems within educational institutions At the highest level and The relationship between leadership skills of 21^stcentury administrators and effectiveness of schools under the Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall, were positively correlated.
