Satisfaction of the Students of the Graduate Diploma Program in Teaching Profession toward Online Teaching to Develop Skills in Using Thai Language for Communication

Abstract

          The objectives of this survey research were to study the satisfaction of the students of the graduate diploma program in teaching profession towards online teaching to develop skills in using the Thai language for communication. The population and sample were 43 students from the graduate diploma program in teaching profession of Chandra Kasem Rajabhat university, academic year 2022. the research tools were a Likert rating scale questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.86 Frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were statistics applied for the study.

          The results indicated that the level of satisfaction of students towards online teaching and learning to develop Thai language skills for communication was at a very high level. When levels are in descending order of average as follows: Instructors, Teaching methods, Online learning, Learning Support, Course content, and Measurement and Assessment, respectively.
