Abstract

The purposes of this research were: (1) to investigate the current state of facilities and environmental management in the digital era in primary schools within the Khao Nor Banphot School Cluster, and (2) to propose management guidelines based on the Sappurisa Dhamma. The sample consisted of 103 participants, including 8 school administrators and 95 teachers, selected through proportional simple random sampling based on the Krejcie and Morgan sample size table. In addition, nine key informants participated in in-depth interviews. The research instruments included a questionnaire and an in-depth interview form. The instruments were examined for content validity using the Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) and tested for reliability. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while qualitative data were analyzed through content analysis.

The results of the research showed that: (1) The study on the current state of facilities and environmental management in the digital era among primary schools in the Khao No Banphot School Cluster revealed that the overall level of implementation was at the highest level ( = 4.73, S.D. = 0.47). When each aspect was considered individually, the highest mean score was found in facilities and environmental maintenance, followed by supervision and control of facilities and the environment, evaluation of facilities and environmental utilization, construction and development of facilities and the environment, and utilization of facilities and the environment, respectively. (2) The proposed guidelines for facilities and environmental management in the digital era based on the Sappurisa Dhamma successfully covered all five dimensions of management: (1) construction and development of facilities and the environment, (2) utilization of facilities and the environment, (3) maintenance of facilities and the environment, (4) supervision and control of facilities and the environment, and (5) evaluation of facilities and environmental utilization. The guidelines integrated the principles of Sappurisa Dhamma with digital technology and synthesized them into a conceptual framework to serve as a practical guideline for achieving effective, efficient, and sustainable management
