THE MANAGEMENT OF MASTER OF ART IN BUDDHISM AND PHILOSOPHY PROGRAM ACCORDING TO HIGHER EDUCATION CURRICULUM STANDARD 2015

Abstract

                This qualitative research its purpose are 1. To seek guidelines for the administration of Master Religious Studies and Philosophy Program of course professors Mahamakut Buddhist University. 2. To create management model of Master Religious Studies and Philosophy Program of course professors Mahamakut Buddhist University. 3. To apply the administration model for the Master of Arts Program Buddhism and Philosophy Program of course professors Mahamakut Buddhist University. Then develop to be more efficient in which the curriculum instructors were chosen, totaling 20 images / person. The research instruments used for collecting were individual in-depth interview, Mobile phone, recording, and camera then check the accuracy of the data and analyze the content.
             The research found that:
             1. Course Management is the obligation of curriculum instructors and instructors responsible for the curriculum in accordance with announcement the Ministry of Education on management of graduate studies which is law to have duty to comply with standard criteria of every course. The results of students will be based on the course design.
              2. Administration of the Master Religious Studies and Philosophy according to the Ministry of Education benchmarks. Program Lecturer and Principal also responsible teachers, the formulas must have qualifications according to announcement of the Ministry of Education. And should develop the capacity of teachers in accordance with the mission of the university including the results of learners in all 6 areas, each course has a different focus in each area, including living according to Buddhism.
                3. There should be a joint management with various campuses, such as curriculum management manual, the examination for the middle. Focus on Buddhism and philosophy with supervision and monitoring closely ready to encourage students. There are projects or activities that together to be the same benchmark develop teaching and research.
