LEADERSHIP: THAI POLITICIANS ETHIC ACCORDING TO BUDDHISM

Abstract

                This article is about the ethics problem of Thai politician and the ethical issues of Thai politicians have been repeated coups or seizures of power. The Ethics problem of Thai politician had existed for more than 80 years since the government change in B.E. 2475.There have been repeated coups or seizures of power.The important cause belongs to governor or politicians who was focusing on personal benefits rather than the public. The corruption by governor and politicians was the cause to make Thai came out to request public demand, the cause of social unrest. The leadership concepts or the governor qualifications aim to ability to control and protect people. The care taker of people to be peace in societies. The governors or leaders who was selected from people came to take care of public benefits. They were the senate of people to protect their people. According to the Buddhism principle, the good governors or good leaders should be a person who had developed on wisdom and adhere in Buddhism principle. When the governor was adhered in Buddhism principle, the public benefits must have on all people.
