The Model of Buddhist Effectiveness Method Administration in Sustainable Thai Business Organization Development

Abstract

This article aims to study the problems and importance in the current Thai economic system by applying the concept of Buddhist teachings to help and develop business mechanisms according to Buddhist economic principles and sustainable development of moral business organizations which emphasizes on vocation without negligence, not oppressing others, honesty, integrity and usefulness. It is related with the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the Great Rama IX, which was bestowed upon the Thai people in self-reliance. It presents a revolutionary approach to economic concepts that can be applied very well in every era with the main principle which are the 4 Noble Truths, Itthibaht 4, Brahma Viharn 4, Region 4 and Dittadhamikatthaprajai.
