บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคูบางหลวง อำเภอลาดหลุมแก้ว จังหวัดปทุมธานี และ
(2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคูบางหลวง อำเภอลาดหลุมแก้ว จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล
รูปแบบการวิจัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคูบางหลวง อำเภอลาดหลุมแก้ว จังหวัดปทุมธานี 6,844 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยคำนวณจากสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 379 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคูบางหลวง อำเภอลาดหลุมแก้ว จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและรายด้าน จำนวน 2 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านคุณธรรม และด้านความคุ้มค่า และด้านที่มี
ความคิดเห็นในระดับปานกลางอีก 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านนิติธรรม ด้านความโปร่งใส ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม และด้านความรับผิดชอบ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคูบางหลวง อำเภอลาดหลุมแก้ว จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ ที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
