บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศในการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (Human Resource Information System; HRIS) โดยศึกษาจากเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบ รูปแบบ ข้อควรคำนึงและขั้นตอนการจัดทำระบบสารสนเทศในการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (HRIS) ซึ่งพบว่าคุณสมบัติของระบบสารสนเทศที่ดี ประกอบไปด้วย 1. ความถูกต้อง
2. ความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ 3. ความทันกับเวลา 4. ความเชื่อถือได้ 5. การตรวจสอบได้ 6. ความพอใจของผู้ใช้ และยังพบว่าแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1. การกำหนดความต้องการของระบบ 2. การวิเคราะห์ระบบ 3. การออกแบบระบบ 4. การติดตั้งระบบ 5. การบำรุงรักษาระบบ
