GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING INFORMATION SYSTEM IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The purpose of this academic article is to provide development recommendations for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).  The research focuses on documentation and associated studies that deal with the components, kinds, notifications, and procedures of HRIS. A good information system must meet six requirements, according to the research: 1) correctness; 2) completeness; 3) promptness; 4) dependability; 5) verification; and 6) user pleasure. Additionally, there are five components covered by the recommendations for creating the information system: 1) system requirements; 2) system analysis; 3) system design; 4) system installation; and 5) system maintenance.
