แนวทางการคุ้มครองและจัดสวัสดิการแรงงานของพนักงานขนส่งเอกชน ในจังหวัดปัตตานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ สร้างข้อเสนอในการคุ้มครองและจัดสวัสดิการแรงงานของพนักงานขนส่งเอกชนในจังหวัดปัตตานี เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม เกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองและจัดสวัสดิการแรงงานของพนักงานขนส่งเอกชนในจังหวัดปัตตานี โดยมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 42 คน ซึ่งได้มาด้วยการเลือกโดยวิธีการแบบเจาะจง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการพรรณณา ซึ่งสามารถวิเคราะห์และจำแนกผลของการศึกษาวิจัย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พนักงานบริษัทขนส่งเอกชนจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการสวัสดิการที่เหมาะสม และสถานประกอบกิจการส่วนใหญ่จัดสวัสดิการแรงงานตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เพียงบางรายการ เช่น สวัสดิการประกันสังคม และสวัสดิการทำงานล่วงเวลา เป็นต้น และมีข้อเสนอแนวทางการคุ้มครองและจัดสวัสดิการแรงงานของพนักงานขนส่งเอกชนในจังหวัดปัตตานี คือจัดสวัสดิการเหนือกฎหมายให้แก่พนักงาน เพื่อเป็นแรงจูงใจในการทำงานให้พนักงานปฏิบัติงานให้ตรงตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท เช่น การจัดโบนัสประจำเดือน เบี้ยขยันประจำเดือน รวมถึงการอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่พนักงาน เพื่อเป็นแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน
